Joe Toscano presented a program on Fire Investigations regarding Intentionally Set Fires and How to Combat Insurance Fraud at the International Seminar conducted by the Insurance School of Chile in Santiago, Chile in May. Joe’s entire written presentation was translated to Spanish and his in person presentation was translated in real time for the attendees.
