John Heltman

It is with great sorrow we say goodbye to our coworker and friend, John Heltman.
He will always be remembered for his comradery, friendship, wit and most importantly years of expertise as a fire investigator and mentor to those developing behind him.
John was one of the original employees of Jack Ward Fire Consultants. He began his private investigation career in 1983 when Jack Ward and Jim Gamm opened Universal Fire Consultants, while still serving as a full time member of the Cincinnati Fire Department. John will be remembered as the longest running employee of the company and a pioneer in the field of fire investigation.
